Due to the availability of ice time and on the number of teams we can place, Franklin Youth Hockey Registration is currently limited to Franklin residents and non-residents who are currently registered in the 2008-09 season. We will only be excepting currently registered players up until March 7th. On March 10th, we will open registration to all Franklin residents and non-residents up until our maximum capacity at each level has been reached. We do expect our program to be full this year and regret that we will not be able to accommodate most non-resident requests.

Registration Instructions:

1. Download the Registration Package.
   
   
2. Read the Parents Code of Conduct and the Liability Waiver. BY YOUR SIGNATURE ON THE REGISTRATION FORM YOU SIGNIFY THAT YOU AGREE WITH AND WILL ABIDE BY ALL ITEMS on the Registration Form, the Parents Code and the Liability Waiver. (For returning parents and players, there is nothing new on the Parents Code or Liability Waiver. The terms and conditions on the registration form have changed, so please read all documents carefully.)
   
   
3. Fill out the top part of the FYHA Registration form, 1 copy for each child. Don't forget your signature, email address and the date.
   
   
4. Mail the top copy of the Registration form with your check for $250 each child (non-refundable) to:
